About us

BCA Kids Camp is thoughtfully designed to give children ages 6 to 12 a place to explore, grow, and make friends while engaging deeply with the arts. Our camp is more than just an activity hub; it’s a supportive, joy-filled space where children can discover their talents, build confidence, and form meaningful connections. Through music, dance, and creative arts, campers are encouraged to express themselves in ways that foster a love for the arts and spark curiosity, creativity, and joy.

We know that camp experiences help children grow both socially and emotionally, giving them a unique environment to build friendships, independence, and collaboration skills that will last a lifetime. Parents can feel at ease knowing their kids are spending their PA days, March Break, and summer holidays in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. BCA Kids Camp is where kids can be active, learn new skills, and develop in a way that blends fun with growth. We invite your child to join us for a camp experience they’ll remember fondly and carry with them for years to come!

FAQS

What should my child bring to camp?

Please send your child with a water bottle, lunch, and sunscreen. We recommend comfortable clothing they can move in and any specific supplies we suggest for activities. Don’t worry, we’ll send a checklist before camp starts to help you prepare!

What does a typical day at camp look like?

Each day is filled with a mix of activities in music, dance, arts and crafts, and more! We balance structured learning with free play, breaks, and time to relax and connect with friends. Please see the sample agenda above.

Who are the camp staff?

Our staff is made up of experienced teachers and passionate artists who love working with children. They’re trained in child development, have up-to-date First Aid certification, and are committed to making each child feel safe, inspired, and valued.

What if my child has food allergies or special needs?

We’re committed to creating an inclusive and accommodating environment. Please let us know about any dietary needs, allergies, or specific requirements, and we’ll work with you to ensure a safe, supportive experience for your child.

Do you offer early drop-off or late pick-up options?

Yes, we offer extended care to help accommodate your schedule. Early drop-off and late pick-up options are available for an additional fee, so your child can enjoy a bit more camp time if needed.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We understand that plans change. Full refunds minus administrative fees are provided with cancellation received 7 days before the start date for PA day camps, 1 month for March Break and Summer Camps. Please contact hello@artsonbayview.com for more information on our policy.

How will I know what my child did each day?

We’ll send regular updates to keep you connected, including photos, summaries, or even your child’s artwork from camp. We love keeping you in the loop and sharing in their discoveries and creativity!

Can parents visit during camp hours?

To keep the camp running smoothly, we ask parents to wait until our special open house or performance days to visit. This allows kids to fully immerse in the camp experience and have fun surprises to share! However, we welcome parents as volunteers. If you'd like to volunteer at our camp, please contact hello@artsonbayview.com
